Script is homemade. Python with wxWidgets. A bit brittle, but it works well enough.

That was actually rather decent for a 3D model. Was quite mesmerizing to say the very least. Nice find, Kojiro :3
Though...this reminds me of the only other 3D B.E. animation I liked. I'm sure it's been posted 10,000 times over, but eh. Here.
