this needs to be ruled and played, hehehehhehe i developed some BE rules for anima beyond fantasy, but not for D&D, have you some done?

Nope, I don't have any rules for breast expansion. In that story, there's an additional MC effect, so I'd say that the wand in question would require both a fortitude and a will save though.

Oh, and breasts as big as Akneth's have become would probably count as an encumbrance.

And yeah... what ever happened to that project? I remember someone posting on the forums a while back that they were making BE rules for 3.5 d20. Sounded like fun, but I haven't heard anything on that in a while...

Back when AD&D Second Edition was current, someone created a book and released it as a free download. It was called "The AD&D Unofficial Guide to Sex, Drugs, and Alcohol". I remember reading the description of an alcoholic lich that was called a luch. Instead of an aura of cold, it had an aura of intoxication.
