It seems the author/main character's wife in Real Life Comics is starting to feel the effects of her recent pregnancy, judging by the content of the latest update (here). It's not a huge change, but it's there if you compare it with her last appearance.

Ah, memories. My wife and I had this very conversation when she was pregnant, just replacing "like some hentai character" with "like one of the women you draw".
