Good stuff, but the pics in his favorites caught my eye:

Looks like he's using 3D studio Max and rendering in v-ray add on to me...Model may be a modified victoria 4 but he's mod her so its hard to tell.. v-ray is a top notch renderer and the dude has skills...very nice work..
