A character has Sexy Fun Time with the PC, whether or not they're aware of the changes taking place...only to discover that it's contagious and now they're changing too. Can be especially fun/insidious when it overlaps with With Great Change Comes Great Nymphomania, as the transformation basically becomes a self-propagating epidemic.

Consequence-Free Ending - When a process happens that would likely ruin their life (for example, a BE wherein they get too big to ever walk again), the story tends to end without ever addressing the problem, so that you don't think about it too hard.
