In fairness, the entire point of this board is for people to share transformation material, largely for fetish purposes. That's not entitlement, that's just people looking for certain things. Were this just a generic werewolf board, you may see people discussing the actual merits of these movies more, but you can't walk into a tf fetish board, and be put off because people are only looking to get their tf fetish fix out of something.

I was going to say almost exactly what Thrillerboy said. This is a forum for discussing TF content, not for discussing how good a movie is or isn't, so it probably shouldn't be surprising that that's what comes first here. It's not that we all do or don't care, it's just not what we're here for.

The movies look decently promising. I'm especially curious about the American Werewolf Project since the original post states that it has a female werewolf and their Facebook claims it should be available. If someone can find out more I'd be very happy to purchase the title and see if it has TF content, but I don't have a Facebook account to ask them where it's available.

A lot of movies seem to have a soft spot for the '80's these days. I have to admit, the urge to go retro is hard to resist. We live in a zeitgeist of such ridiculous doom 'n' gloom, I can understand the nostalgia for a brighter, happier time, even if it wasn't necessarily always that way.

The 80's is also one of the last times where no one had cell phones, but the period cars and clothes are still available enough that you can make a movie set then fairly cheaply. So many classic movie plots and conflicts would be completely resolved if one character, for instance, updated their Facebook status, and Hollywood has not completely adapted to writing stories for an era of such easy access to communication. So, even apart from nostalgia, the 80's are an attractive time to set a movie.
