Welp, the episode featuring Black Lady's RN AR TF into Chibimoon was aired today, and I must say...
THEY RUINED IT!!!!!  They skipped it. Those bastards.... They altered the scenes to be different from the manga and skipped the process completely!!! I was really hoping that the RN AR TF would make up for the off-screen AP TF... But nope. It didn't happen. But I think I have a good idea why they did such thing. During the RN AR TF scene, they added a transformation sequence of Chibimoon becoming a sailor senshi, which didn't exactly show in the manga. This can possibly mean that they sacrificed the budget they could've used to draw the AR process for that sailor senshi makeup sequence instead. Such a waste of effort if I were to say so myself... I now give up hope on the Crystal series even if they were to get a second season featuring Hotaru. I have a feeling that they would do the same thing and skip the process for Hotaru's transformation into Mistress 9.

I think the producers of this show are specifically trying to discourage the ecchi audience from watching and keeping it for the pre-teen girl audience only.
