Scientific Analysis of Global Breast Size

Thought this was kind of interesting for breast size enthusiasts. Most of what I had read elsewhere put Russia firmly in the lead for cup size, but it seems like NA Caucasian women actually take the cake by a long shot according to this study.

Results are circa 2007 - 2012, a part of me wonders how much (if anything) has changed in the last five - ten years.

I didn't read the whole paper, but my first thought is that the large breasts in North America (particularly the U.S.) would be due to obesity, not because there's "something in the water" or whatever.

Yeah, that didn't come across as being a real study, but rather just some bullshit some guy put together that can be summarized thusly;

"Big American Titties are the best!"

Kind of given away by the supposedly random samples that were just depicting stereotypes, all the U.S. women looked to be obviously augmented and the claim that bras in Asia are just for looks and don't actually offer support because they're all flat.

Was this an old fake pulled from The Onion or something?

Yeah, check the sources. It's all just "how to measure your bra size" pages and ONE "chinese women have smaller breasts" article. This is shitty science, or just some undergrad student trying to "prove" that american tiddies are the best tiddies.

I bet there is a fair amount of sales data colected in quite a few countries, but is likely actually valueble to companies for their purchasing and projections so would unlikely to be make available from multiple sorces for a low budget project/ mens magazine article.

There are many clues that this is a crude fabrication of a scientific journal and although many of the citations do exist there is little that points to an actual meta-study of the supposed data. There are some facts floating around in the text... however, the most obvious fault in the reasoning is that it is not the country of birth but rather the predominant heritage of a woman that drives basic breast expression.
Others above have also called out problems with the text so I will not repeat them here.
I can confirm Nutty's statement about the reluctance of companies to release clothing size and purchase histories - these are extremely guarded data - regardless of how closely they may or may not actually match real breast sizes.

Also, can anyone actually find any other publication (besides this abstract) from The Journal of Female Health Sciences ? Just asking, as this is the most obvious clue to the authenticity of this article.
