"Well I did say I'd let people shrink me on the last day of the game... which is today...." Alisa did nothing to avoid the shot. When it hit her, she stumbled against the side of the petri dish, her eyes closed and she whimpered when the tingling spread over her skin. Her hands cupped her breasts and she slid down to rest on the table until she'd been cut down to fully half her height, now only 1cm tall.

"Ohh... okayy... I guess you guys don't need a very visible, or loud, referee for the last day of the game! Everybody go ahead and use whatever zaps you have left! You've got 11 hours left to go!"

Any batteries not used today will be used to charge up Prof_Sai's shrink ray doomsday machine... which she's going to set off at the start of the next game! D:

Prof_Sai: Charges: 0/23 + 2/8; Shrink Field Remote: Current charge: 110
Shrink Field Remote: At the end of each game, unused Shrink Batteries (votes) charge the Shrink Field Generator. Pushing the button on this remote will overload it and evenly distribute those charges to everyone shrinking in the game (Charges/Players, always rounded up).

That could make us all REALLY small right at the start of the next game...

Artemis whips out her ray and points it the giant foot in front of her.

"Final revenge!" she says, barely audible.

Zap Angel.

She pulls the trigger again and again...but the device is out of juice. She stares up at the woman who is still at least 8 times taller than she.

"Ah...heh heh," she exclaims sheepishly, hiding to ray behind her back.

Also, some of the special gadgets are getting a balance update. Ideally, they should cause ~5 extra shrinks per game. Except the Big Red Button, that one's just a silly way to recycle unused shrinks.

Shrink Ray Batteries: You earn extra batteries for future games from how many you use this game! Every 4 zaps gains you an extra zap next game, and every game you play in gives you another +1 at the start of each game. This can be up to a maximum of 20 batteries at the start of the next game.

Special Gadgets: The three players who shrank the most will get their choice of a single special item for the next game. Each player may have only one copy of each device. If an item says usable 1/game, you can use it again the next game. Only one player each game may have the Big Red Button, and this is the only device that players don't keep between games.

At the start of a new game, a player with at least 13 Shrink Ray Batteries can trade 10 of them for 1x Gadget (except for the Big Red Button).
Gadgets

• Big Red Button:¹ At the end of each game, unused Shrink Batteries charge this gadget. Pushing the button will overload the gadget and distribute those charges to everyone shrinking in the game (Charges/Players, always rounded up). Once you use the button, you lose it.
  Usable 1/game; Current charge: 110; Held By: Prof_Sai

• Heavy Ray Upgrade:² When you use 3 zaps on 1 person at the same time, it deals a 4th zap.
  Permanent upgrade. Does not stack.
  .
• Intensifier:³ This collar can be put on another player (not yourself). Every time they're zapped, there's a 1 in 5 chance it shrinks them again. Throwing the collar can miss (see "Who Can Be Shrunk" in the new thread). All rolls handled by ArcaneBEFan.
  Usable 1/game. Stacks with itself to a maximum of 100%.
  .
• Perma-Shrinker:² Inflicts 1 zap that never resets, even between games.
  Usable 1/game. Players may collect up to 5 charges for the Perma-Shrinker.
  .
• Shrinkzooka!:³ Zaps one person with the charge of 5 shrink batteries.
  Usable 1/game. Selecting this multiple times increases the charge by +5 each time to a maximum of 20.
  .
• Reflector Field: When someone shrinks you, there's a 1 in 5 chance it shrinks them too. All rolls handled by ArcaneBEFan.
  Permanent upgrade. Stacks with itself to a maximum of 100%.
  .
• Water Balloon:² Splashes a shrinking agent on your target and the two people next to them alphabetically on the list (skipping yourself). 3 zaps to the person hit, and 1 zap splashes the folks above or below them.
  Usable 1/game. Players may collect up to 5 water balloons.

OK. I think I get it. Sorry I was so excited reading the upgrades that I didn't fully digest the section on dispersal of the gadgets.

Also just to clear things with Sai: I am not opposed to shrinking at all. I am a guy though, which makes it awkward in an sw roleplay chat. For the record I'm really glad that people not being shrunk are still allowed to participate.
