Might I suggest a Dark Organisation Agent?

Nexus:

Female, 19,

Normal: 5'4", plain, pale, black hair, green eyes, scrawny, undersexed, kind of creepy (think girl from FEAR when she's finished high school)

Powered: 6'4+ (varies), striking, tanned, eyes are entirely yellow, yellow hair, emits a visible aura that is (gasp) yellow, very pneumatic figure, extremely sexual and very toned.

Nexus was one of the first subjects to join the programme voluntairily. She was eager to receive more power... but the results of her treatment didnt' go quite as planned. Instead of regulation powers, she gained the ability to draw on the sexual energy of those around her.

With practice, she was eventually able to harness this energy and use it to augment herself physically and mentally. The process works by Nexus (real name Viktoria) sending out gentle waves to stimulate arousal within all of those in a 10km radius (that's her current limit, it may increase further). She is then able to harvest the subsequent arousal and uses it to grow to her powered up form.

Powered up she enjoys increased speed, strength, durability and limited telekinetics. Her greatest ability though is a psychic attack that can incapicitate an enemy by sending them into their own dearest sexual fantasy.
