The shop I worked at, that's super corporate and mainstream BTW, got a Giantess Fetish DVD in once. I just did some googling and found these automatic inflatable bra pads. They inflate automatically without awkwardly pumping a little internal air bladder like most air filled bra pads. I think they must be foam filled like camping mattresses. Pretty smart!
