Okay, if anybody watches "Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni" they will probably get this joke. Everytime Rika dies and Hanyuu resets her death, her boobs grows lol
For those who don't watch Higurashi, basicially this character Rika gets killed in every story arc and her friend who is some God pulls back time and saves her from cruel fate. EDIT: This is just a fan made comic, there is no BE in the actual anime*
