4chan-New or Repost

My apologies in advance if this is a repost of something that is already here or if it is related to anything that has already been posted.
Having come across some relatively new (I'm assuming) on 4chan I am unsure if this is someone's manipulation of something else or if this is for real. In short I ask any who know if this is real or if I'm just posting something that already exist. Thank you.
