Kyosuke hypnotises Kouichi to see the children as if they were adults, as a test (and as a prank). Kouichi figures quickly this isn't real, after it seems he could get over with this, Kyosuke has a talk with the children where he tells what he made to Kouichi, upon which the children take adventage to tease Kouichi.

Both PoVs, Kyosuke can use hypnosis hence he doesn't need to shapeshift, unlike Hanae who has to dress to fit each each person she copies. In the manga Kyosuke appears briefly inside B.A.B.E.L. "disguised" as Naomi, in the anime is Oboro instead, but he appears as her on the Special Supplement "non-sense".

Sadly the anime was reformatted, ranging from minor to major changes, some even hint censoring.
