i can't find it in the search, but im sure one of you fellow be lovers know what im looking for. There is this girl who is given some kind of pill or medicine and it makes her chest get bigger as the manga goes on. Eventually she ends up on stage doing some kind of play and shes wearing a skimpy outfit that she grows out of, and the whole crowd goes for her, but one guy saves her and her chest is returned to normal
