Who would voice anime characters TG form?

Okay, if an anime character was to be transgendered, what would their new voice sound like?

For example, in a fanfic I'm working on, I make a notation that Shinji Ikari's female form would sound like Rei Ayanami (Either Megumi Hayashibara or Amanda Winn Lee). I did this due to a certain spoiler surrounding Rei...

I am accepting English or Japanese Voice Actor.
