Is/should non-process material (be) allowed?

I'm a bit confused, if whether or not this site is allowing non-process material now-a-days.

So either tell me what you know, or how you feel the site should be... and hopefully we can put this debate to rest.

In my definition, process material means it is a sequence going from point A to point B... or somewhere inbetween. (ie. Flat woman to a big boobed woman)

Non-process material is just Point B. (ie. a big boobed woman)
