Magical shopping Arcade Abenobashi

Theres a scene in Adventure! Abenobashi sword and sorcery shopping arcade where Sasshi fights the ultimate evil (Monster thing with boobs) with a sword which becomes rubber. it tickles it and its boobs start to grow and grow and burst which destroyes the ultimate evil and a wee goblin comes and whisks them on their way to the next level.
