If you're serious: get medication. Seriously. I am (was) clinically depressed, and it was horrible, and took a couple of years of off and on treatment to find some stuff that worked, but now I'm basically fine.

And draw what you enjoy drawing. But I'm assuming by the nature of the problem that you also want lots of audience approval, right? If you really need that just throw a bit more popular stuff in, or tap into the audience for ideas and requests and draw the ones that strike your fancy. (No you don't have to do catgirls and cowgirls forever just because they're really popular). But still do however many donkeys it takes to satisfy you. If you don't get anything out of your work there's no point to it.

And on the real life TF thing: If it was someone I genuinely cared about I wouldn't care if they were turned into the most twisted TF I've ever seen. Well, I'd care, but it wouldn't make me hate or fear them.

But yeah, there would be some of the hate and fear going around too for other cases. Human nature and all.
