Same people who think it is ok to show HUGE man boobs but tile out the tiniest female butt crack. This is Japanese TV, but it is still TV. They are going to censor it until the Blu-ray or however they get away with it online. They always do there censor magic for the broadcast version.

Well the last season we didn't get a good quality BE till nearly the end. This one is in episode six. So maybe we are bound for a few more as the push the boundary. Still I will get this once it is out on uncensored Blu-Ray for sure.
