most japanses sites do this because we dont know how to behave and be thankful they display their talents so we tend to get greedy and crave for more so it can get out of hand i mean take all the "4chan like sites" for exsample lol
Exactly. I find it disrespectable if some random english idiot posts on a japanese art blog asking for pictures of a scooby doo character.
