But now the new problem is that the light streaks are too distracting, they are supremely large and draw the eye from the actual action taking place that they are meant to censor, as well as take up more then their necessary space.

So you can't blame them too much, at least I don't THINK.

Exactly. It's one thing just to censor breasts and another to censor breasts and everything within a three foot radius of them.
