I've been reading up on TorrentFreak often. It doesn't seem like any site is safe anymore...Mediafire is probably the best bet to upload, but even then, they tend to see if the files are illegitimate and/or adult content. If it's either of those, they'll quickly delete the files. Rapidshare has gone to shit once more and reduced the download speeds to 30kbps for free users, making the once useful site, now completely pointless. For now, it's the waiting game...
While I have most of the files uploaded here...somewhere...you can likely find 90% of them on exhentai.org. As much as I dislike their site, they have a lot of content. Otherwise use google
