A question about Nanoha movie 2nd A's dvd

Ever since I watched the movie, I decided to wait for the dvd to come out hoping that it would contain dvd extras that might include the transformations for cloud-knights, including Hayate's AP transformation that was unfortunately deleted in the movie. I still can't reach a source to buy the dvd, so I was wondering if any of you have purchased the dvd and know if it has such dvd extras for deleted scenes. I was just really disappointed that they decided to delete the excellent AP transformation of Hayate into Reinforce.
