It seems this character, "Isoshima Kurumi (五十島くるみ)" can use a age transformation magic with her lip-cream stick. That is to say that she can AP or AR herself. It is also said that she can change only a part of her body, which leads to this BE, I guess.
However, I can't find any picture of her APed or ARed form. ... well we just can expect something will be shown in the anime.

By the way, "Mahou Sensou", Magical Warfare, in English, is originally a series of "light novels", but there is also manga version. Anime version is planned to be with 12 episodes.

The potential is strong with this one...
