So, the Sims has always been known for the ability to customize your character's appearence. But apparently, in the Sims 4, this is taken even deeper. Now you are able to simply click on the area you want to adjust and from there you can 'push or pull' to adjust it. As seen here in a demo video, the create pulls on the womans breasts to make them bigger
