Monster Transformation in "Lifeform"

Okay, this one was a total accident. I don't really remember how I came upon this one. Basically, the main actress transforms into a lizard, dinosaur, tentacle thing... It's pretty low budget, but the makeup effects are fun. If anyone can find a full release of this, props to you (I don't know if it ever existed). Here's three sites with information, clips, pictures of the makeup.

The vimeo page has a bunch of clips from the movie, different from the ones directly uploaded on the Facebook page, and they're named different things. Some say stuff about lifeform, some are labeled tentacle. Oh and be prepared for some horrendous acting.
