I believe its from the 1996 movie, "Lady ninja Reflections of Darkness" aka Kunoichi Ninpō-chō Ninja Tsukikage-shō. Sadly there has been a remake so finding the 1996 version is incredibly hard.
You are correct. I'm in a few circles that collect all sorts of Asian films and no one has it despite a few members having rather large collections of Pinku films.
