Canadian Sitcom "Boogie Diner"

I was wondering if anyone has seen this? It was on a Canadian show called "Boogie Diner" where I believe a lady was watching a person trying to hypnotize their parrot to be able to speak but the lady got hypnotized by mistake and was acting like a parrot by saying "Pauly want a cracker" among other things. Just wondering if anyone remembers this episode and if it can be found?
