For those unfamiliar with the laws surrounding drinking and IDs in the United States, it's illegal to serve or sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. The only work-around for this is that you can legally be GIVEN alcohol or cigarettes by your parents after the age of 16 (I think, might be 13).

It's also not exactly a minor crime to knowingly use a fake ID for anything, period.

The DMCA notice is for her picture and signature on the fake ID, which she claims are copyrighted. This is funny for two reasons. It's a derivative work of a government ID, so it's not copyrightable, and by admitting that she produced the picture and signature, she's admiting she produced the fake ID as well.
