I have a copy of the un-shopped manga. Its from Shinrab, Sion(?) is futa from the get-go no DTG. This particular pic had me fooled for a long time. It also created a stir on 4chan since someone kept re-posting it.
Great concept though. |

I do think I have seen two others like it.
One with a girl getting fucked against and tree and one with some red vein stuff wrapped around the girl. Not sure if they are related but they seem similar. |
