One more before I forget...saw this in my game informer mag a month or two back.

I'm so sure that this counts but there is a game called SkullGirls where one of the characters names Filla has some sort of symbiote thing on her head.

There is a TF latter, sort of demon, succubus, or snow fairy. Anyways the series may feature other female TFs, as I don't have any other volume it'll post it here for now. |

Ah! That reminds me of the girl from Black Cat. If memory serves, she could do the same with her hair...I'll have to dig up my episodes and check on that.
