Actually, as I recall seeing on the news they've even gone so far as to make a site in japan where you can send a phonecam pic of the jackhole who molested you on the train, and they'll arrest/ban from train, thus meaning that it is something that happens frequently in crowded subways.

Who wants to bet some people get the idea from hentai, though, huh?
