Current journal quoteth:
"At the beginning of the summer, I had made plans for 'Beach Blanket Blueberry.' Sadly, while I have tried to get my project going, I have come to the current conclusion that the story needs work, as well as my art skills. I am only killing the project for now, as I do not want to put out a shoddy story with shoddy artwork. Once I feel the story and my artistic ability could do the story justice, then we will see page 1 find it's way into the gallery. And that's it for now. While the gallery is having sporadic updates, mainly because I have neglected my non-inflation work for awhile. I have several ideas for children's books, as well as an idea for an animated short that I must get working on, lest I become 42 and frustrated that I wasted so much of my life doing nothing." Sorry bud, you were a little bit premature making this topic. |

The 'current' journal is from about two months ago. The page was posted a few days ago.
I think it is safe to say he is going to give it a try, at least. Last edited by Anonymous Otaku; 11-01-2007 at 10:35 PM. |

B) If you'd have looked through his scraps, you'd have seen more sketches of the 'Violet' character. Again, not a child. There's at least three sketches there, if you'd look first before getting riled up. (C) That little key next to the letter 'z' on your keyboard? That's called the 'Shift' key, and it makes letters capitalized where appropriate. Please, feel free to practice using it. Notice I said, 'where appropriate.' Please don't write your next reply entirely in capitals.) |

What are you basing her age off of? The fact she has breasts? Girls, on average, have fully developed breasts between the ages of 13 or 14, and first begin to develop them normally around 10.5 years. I would hardly think of them not being a "child" at that time. I can see where the poster is coming from, though, as in all those sketches the girl looks like she's probably 15 at most. Also, walking through his gallery, the array of childhood icons succumbed by his hand (many of which in their respective stories are very under age) could give the impression that he is using under age characters in this comic.
