Possibly some inflation in Cloverfield

Just as a heads up, it looks like there's going to be some body inflation in an upcoming film called Cloverfield.

Now, this film is using masses of viral advertising, so things may, and probably will, change.

Finally, the picture (ripped from the trailer) which has lead people to believe there is inflation:

That's good and all, but mind explaining what is going on?

I mean, the head and part of the upper-chest-cavity was torn off by what looks like claws.

I still suspect that the effect there is more her being carried toward that light source, than an actual inflation.

On the other hand, since the ARG going on indicates some unpleasant biological mucking around in the movie's background, it's just as likely she's about to burst like an overinflated balloon.

If you look close, it almost looks as if the suited man on the right is punching her chest open.

That's what I thought the first time round. Anyway, it should be a great film, even if there isn't inflation.

Well the more logical approach would be that he's injecting her with something, or at least thats my opinion
