1: Any kind really as long as its not months
2: no preference just not anything really >.> you know.....
2a: I like it when the growth feels good, which brings me to my.....
3: other: immobilization from the weight of or over-stimulation of breasts (I like both but I'm a big fan of the second one even more so, I've yet to see a story where both are combined)
