Need help remembering the name of a movie.
I'm not asking for clips or anything. (though I wouldn't turn them down if you had them :P)
Just the name of the movie is all I'm really looking for, so I can shop for it online. One of the Sinbad movies (I think there was more than one anyway). In it an evil witch or something of the sort curses a prince to be an ape (not the part I care about), and at some point she turns herself into a bird. The scene interested me, not because of the TF itself (nothing onscreen really, there was magic purple mist concealing the whole affair), but because she was writheing and moaning on her bed during it, a part of the TF or should I say "pre-TF" that is very nice and often underplayed in modern film. Was that too much, I probably should of kept it simple. You know.. like "What's the name of that one Sinbad movie with the TF in it?" :P |

There is one part in the golden voyage of sinbad...i think, where a servant is placed in a basket with a cobra...she then comes out a naga with four arms and dances for the king...pretty cool stuff happened in those movies, lol |

Wouldn't mind seeing a clip of that, to see what you're talking about.

Found all 3 movies together on amazon, can't get'm right now. Maybe next month. None of the stuff was mind blowing. video.google.com had the shrink and naga scenes if you just look under "Sinbad" they didn't have the one I wanted to actually see though.. grrr.

I think we watched that in class one day back in elementary school. Gotta have respect for the old school claymation folks; they didn't have the internal structures they use now, and they had little idea how their poses were flowing until they were done for the day.

Sequence isn't great, no process as the transformation takes place inside the basket. |

I'm not sure what part of the internet you're from. But where I generally post, when you make a joke it's generally a good idea to indicate it because your tone of voice does not translate into text.
That's what smilies and codes are for. So next time you're trying to be funny.. try and make it clear what your intentions are. |
