Process Forum 101: The "Report Post" Button

If somebody does something stupid, like, say, necro a post, instead of feeding fuel to the fire and bitching at the person doing it by also bumping / necroing the thread which in some fashion does draw my attention, why don't you try reporting the post instead? After all, it's not like you're an admin like me who can swoop in from on high, delete the thread, warn the culprit, and restore order.

Works for ads, bumping useless threads, shit that has strayed from the Flames and Bullshit forum, and just about anything. Try it. It works. You won't get immediate gratification of pissing all over a flamebait, but it's way more effective for putting out fires.
