Mahora Full Color is a parody of Negima!: Magister Negi Magi and I think the girl is one of a hero's student (the hero is a teacher, named Negi Springfield), Ayaka Yukihiro. I read all of epsodes of Negima (not parody) and I don't like parody because I don't want to spoil the expression on the manga that I like very much.
But there is also APs in manga, although they're "poof" transformations. I only tell you that who transform is Konoka Konoe, Evangeline A.K. McDonnel, Negi Springfield (male) and Kotaro Inugami (male)... and there are a lot of flashbacks.

Something I found on another forum, can't remember which one because it was a while ago when I found this. It’s a little weird to say the least. The main character is captured and is forced to give birth to some kind of super virus spreading alien. During that process, her breasts increase in size…she gets the raw end of the deal afterwards though…

I'm not a huge fan of tentacle stuff, let alone insects and other stuff being involved with sex, but there are a few CG sets posted by dip071 over at masterbloodfer's forum where the character increase their bust, randomly...not a whole lot of process. But if you really want to look into it, you can check these out. Thank dip071 at Masterbloodfer's forum if you do like this stuff, because he not only uploaded a ton, but put a lot of work into making this stuff. (you'll need an account at masterbloodfer's to access this)
