I was able to view the clips fine by downloading and playing them in Winamp. Guess I have the right codecs for once.

Love the chosen subjects, but these need a lot of work. They're one second long, and you can see the whole framework of the growing boobs. It should be a smooth animation, giving the appearance of growth, but instead it looks like larger breasts appear over top the originals and the difference gets filled in after.

I want to like the picture, as April O'Neil is pretty much my all-time favorite female character, but it doesn't really look like her. Good face, but not April's face, I don't care for the exaggerated hourglass proportions, and there's no visible process. It could be post-bimbofication April, or some model wearing April's clothes. It's not a bad drawing; there's a nice level of detail and aside from being anatomically incorrect, I have few technical complaints.
