It doesn't happen in the Subspace Emissary, but Sutibaru is throwing out an idea for a catalyst for a slowpoke tf.

Smash Bros Brawl is the perfect catalyst in general for TF ideas considering they have a number of different characters, a number of strange items, and the idea of a trophy coming to life furthers even more ideas.
It totally be funny to see someone, while Peach is in trophy form, do some redecorating to her so when she woke up, she looked like a Jinx or Darkrai or something.

I'm very upset about Smash Brothers Brawl having not been released in England yet. one of the most unkind thing in gaming...
Anyways, onto more relevant subjects, Samus into Slowpoke. In terms of brawl, I'd probably focus on the tail aspect of the tf and as a joke have Pokemon Trainer capture her afterwards.

Oh, I know there's plenty of pokemon TF out there. But as the original poster said, the more awkward/bizarre looking pokemon are quite rare compared to the more attractive kind.
