Who could voice a TG?

Sorry if this thread seems inappropriate in this forum, as I'm still new here, and I'm not sure if this would be under transgender, as I'm not talking sequence.

If a male/female charcter in an anime was transgendered, who would do their voice?

EDIT: People are misunderstanding this thread, so let me explain. Say if any anime character got turned into an opposite gender version for themselves, which included voice change, who could play their transgendered self. For example, I came across a fanfic where Inuyasha's Miroku got turned into a girl, and the writer noted that he'd sound like Sango.

In a fanfic I'm working on, I have Shinji's female form sound like Rei (from the alternate reality in ep 26, mind you.)

Whether the voice actor is japanese or english, I don't care.

If you get the DELL webcam centre, there's a pretty neat feature that allows you to filter your voice from the mic (it effects any program that uses your mic input)!

One of the options on it is Male --> Female and Female ---> Male.

Its surprisingly effective! ^^

I think the first two replies missed the point.

Apsm was asking about anime voice actors and actresses playing the part of a TGed character. Though without specific examples I can see why people would miss the point.

Think of this as an example (and I don't want the thread derailed because someone doesn't like the example based on anime preferences): Take Ichigo from Bleach and TG him, now try to think of which voice actress would play the female version. Or, take a female character like Orihime and make her male, and imagine what male voice actor would provide the voice in that situation.

So to give HopT and Sweeny their due
I use AV MP3 Player when I due the odd alteration in
my voice.Though I'd prefer if that program saved in
.wav format,it doesn't and the other voice morpher software
I've tried that do save in .wav generally leave me
clawing the walls in frustration due to various bugs,squeals,
loopbacks,seizures,etc

AV MP3 Player gets the job done with few hassles.

The two sliders can be adjusted during the actual
voicing,so I've occassionally done a retaping where
a sweet womens voices changes into a gruff old
geezers voice and vice versa.
You need to remember to record the actual slider
settings however to duplicate results and bring a
certain character back in for a return appearance.

Sorry, but you are very wrong.

Apsm already confirmed that my interpretation of his message was the correct one. Yours, being different from that, would be by default incorrect. Make a new topic and stop derailing this one if you please.
