In order to increase her power, a girl allows a machine to inject her will syringes as thick as marker tips and pretty much disect her. In the end, she is sewn up again. There is some slight BE here, but it is too violent for anyone here's taste.
Also there is another transformation. She fights a villianess and ends up getting transformed into a monster. I might post this as well. Not as good as this one though.
