Hi, people...

I'm seriously thinking about making a long and slow tf sequence. I would like to make a 40 pages comic about a girl turning into an anthro including shrinking. My first idea was a mouse or squirrel tf, but I'm not sure. It is maybe overdone. So if you have suggestion of small animals, go ahed! ;-)

Also, if you have ideas about the situations, here is the story :

A student in a science university, after an error in a DNA experiment, is slowly transforming into something not totally human. At first, she try to annoy it but when she begin to grow a tail, she must accept her new reality. She'll continue to go at university, trying to hide her transformation.

I would prefer a mammal, even if a tailed four armed girl should be interesting, her transformation will be too important, I think! Lol!

Maybe it's just because I don't check as many anthro art sites as some folks - but I really haven't seen too many good squirrel tfs. If you can break it down into a long transition for the fur, the very large tail, the teeth, etc (the size changes help too) - I'd love to see it. Who knows....maybe the tail grows out hairless kinda like a rat tail but then as she sleeps with it curled around her, it starts growing bushier and bushier and she wakes up wrapped in it - just one idea.

1 Tf ing into a mouse and the other into a squirrel

If I were you, whatever I chose, maybe I'd draw them fairly sequentially so they can be picture-morphed between each picture into a full blown animation?

Sure, morphing is kind of a poor man's animation. But then, we don't all have a Korean animation studio to do super cheap tween frames for us, either. If you didn't want to morph them yourself, I'm sure someone else would be willing to do it for ya.

The only downside is that sudden movements (like, where the upper body twists drastically in one direction, or a leg takes a whole step forward all in one frame) suffer some pretty bad distortions, so this would work better for something with slow and fairly calm keyframe-to-keyframe transitions.

But since you're doing all that work anyways, why not do it with animation in mind?

Yeah, there's a little sarcasm in there, but seriously; it reminds me of an old South Park episode about gene splicing or cloning....I don't really remember it.

Hell, what about bats? I'm sure they fit the criteria.

Up to now two ideas interests me : bat and squirrle!

For the elephant, I prefere a tf including shrinking... o.O

Except that, I'd said 40 pages, not 40 frames, wich mean that one page can have more than a frame! ;-) Also, if I don't whant to do an annimation it is because I whant to do a story and a an annimation can't include it except if I do a VERRY long one! Lol!

Anyway, I'm still open to suggestion.

I don't say that I will not do a two girls tfs. Anyway, I'll waite about a week before beginning my work, so you have time to give suggestions! ;-)

Don't forget that I search situations too. Example : She's doing an exam and she begin to bee verry small and she have problems to reach her desk...

Edit : Something else, because my first language is french I will probably need someone to help me to correct my translation! ;-) Also, for the name of the character, do you have any suggestions or preferances?
