Re: Better?

I enjoy both under the conditions that:

The A.R. is an extreme change. Going from 50 years old to 17 is good, as is going from 18 to being a baby. I enjoy, if not encourage, sexually explicit content for the first. However, I can't stamd something if it includes lolita after the A.R. The helplessness of the de-aged is the part of baby Age Regression I like.

The A.P. is an aging into the teens, twenties, or anything pre-menopausal. I realize this is a popular opinion around here, which is good for me I guess. Another condition if the progressed is a baby, tying into the lolita clause above, is that I do not like it when the Progressed person is too child like mentally. It just feels like a baby is being screwed when their mind is too unmatured.

Re: Better?

I'm a growth lover first and foremost, so I initially prefer AP from young (6-12) to Adult (20-35).

I also really enjoy increased beauty, so AR works to fill that role a lot. Old 60-100's down to young adult (18-28ish).

I'm not a big a fan of loli or anything I feel borders on child porno.

in AR it's just fun to watch the old saggy ones reform into the loverly roundness that they should be

Re: Better?

I like AR to a point - although I tend to find it more interesting if it involves clothing and mental changes rather than just physical changes (although anything older down to 18 is fine too).

Some of BoJay's pics at ararchive.com are really great - when you have the mature or rude women start getting younger and their clothes change too. Nothing takes someone down a peg like suddenly finding out that they're an adult wearing diapers.

Re: Better?

I'd say I'm also a 'process' person as I like seeing the result of what happens due to the change. So both AR/AP work for me as long as I can see the result when/after the change occurs.
