For those interested, here is a much cleaner, hi-rez version of the image.

For the record, the gag is that Adelle pushed Etna off the panel (for whatever reason) and stood there in her place. While the chain would have given Etna an enhanced, womanly figure, apparently all it needed to sexy up Adelle (unintentionally) was to give him Etna's outfit and haircut. Tink, something of a perverse sensualist, seems pleased either way.
