Alright, so while looking for some TG fics I stumbled across the "Gender Change" listing in the Giant Bomb wiki and decided to look over the games listed there and noticed one called "Pai Touch!". Decided to look it up.

Okay, while I've yet to find the TG in it, there is SO MUCH BE IT'S INSANE!

For crying out loud, look at the intro/trailer!

Like...the whole fucking thing is apparently grabbing breasts and making them bigger (or in one girl's case: smaller)! GAH!

To it's credit, it also seems to have animation and boob groping gameplay segments...so that probably puts it head and shoulders above most of the hentai-verse anyway! XD

I am trying the demo out now. No more 'visual' BE but, top left button on the main screen plays the game, click the 'second' button from the top at the bottom right of the screen to fast forward. After you 'fondle' past the first level (takes a long time, just keep going) you can to choose a size, if you go flat or medium, you go to other parts of the game with still imagery.

If (when?) you go big boobahs you go the titty fuck movie (which is also in the demo's /movie folder if you want it). On the boob size selection screen you can 'save' the game to skip the fondling 'just' to see all the endings. It's one of the buttons on the menu, experiment, that's what these non engrish games are good for! EDIT: top right of boob screen is save too.

Hope that helps someone or answers questions like "what the hell are all these download links on this page?"

PS. The good ol' 'escape' key seems to be the 'holy crap my wife/girlfriend/friend/family member is coming!' button to close it down, click the 'left' side button. Just like most parts, left means 'yes' and right means 'no'.. think windows kiddies

May-Be SOFT mostly produces games with cutesy busty characters, but some do have breast expansion and lactation in theme. The one mentioned in the second video by NinjaBunneh is from MonoGocoro-MonoMusme. One of the characters seems to be able to change her age, bust size, etc. The other characters are just cutesy busty characters, one of which produces milk.
