Seems like some people thought I was linking to the whole game. Sorry I didn't make it clear that it was only the demo. This is the demo and a couple of short videos I got a kick outta them and thought you'd all enjoy them as well.

I don't know when their newer games will show up there, though I wouldn't recommend buying anything with the DRM software battery, which is what May-be Soft and some of the other companies affiliated with them use (They should get it in their heads that their games get pirated immediately after they come out, so there's no reason to burden their digital download customers with intrusive and annoying DRM months afterwards).

Anyway, most people use Himeya to import games, though I personally find them expensive (They changed their adult section to erogeshop):

I hate to say it, but isn't this forum based on theft to some degree? How many of the threads that contain images from comics, artworks, doujins, mangas, H-games actaully have permission to be posted here by their creators? Not very many....I know I'm guilty of it; posting things which I didn't have the creator's permission to post. Every doujin here is technically post without permission unless the creator themselves posted it.

I'm not trying to defend theft, but when do you draw the line? Things you can buy? Posting western comics here can get you banned because you can usually buy it and the author might sue the website. However, when you couldn't get Japanese games or comics easily there is no qualms about posting it. Now we can buy some Japanese products, should we be banned if we post those?

The trend of this forum seems to be changing from "post whatever images, videos, etc, you find" to "post a link to whatever you can buy". It's great to support what you like, don't get me wrong. But is it alright to post what we like yet can't buy or is that wrong because we're posting it without permission?

Sorry...these are just the things I wonder when people say "ban theft" on forums like this where the whole point is to share what one finds...

I'm not saying I agree with the policy or don't, but Lorekeep doesn't want piracy to be rampant here and end up getting the place shut down. Generally a torrent file isn't going to be a demo that the manufacturer will happily host on their own web site. I'll admit I didn't download the torrent because seriously, who wants to download an entire torrent to just verify the data and delete it?

It's around 400mb, which is too small even for a dummy-cut of a DVD game. Also the upload date is much too early for it to be anything but a trial version.

Just wanted to point out that there are a couple ways to figure it out without having to download the entire thing.

I personally do not consider piracy theft. It's a different thing involving misuse of intellectual property with its own separate laws. The worst being those who copy something and then try and sell it off (e.g. when the data for one of the pokemon games leaked and chinese pirates tried to sell it to impatient consumers before the game's official Japanese release).

Ah, yes. A lot of Japanese artists do not like it when people take their illustrations and upload them to other website without attribution (The worst offender on this board being Sutibaru). The next worst offense is taking the illustrations and direct linking to them. The least being hosting the illustrations on your own server, but properly attributing to the artist according to their policy. Then again, most Japanese artists are particularly fussy about people linking to their sites, so one should also check to see if they have something called リンクフリー (link-free) on their site. E-mailing them and asking for permission is a sign of good netiquette (リンクしていいですか?), and not asking for permission is merely bad manners, not theft (unless you're profiting off it). I noticed that lot of Japanese internet users link by using hxxp or ttp so that a person has to copy and paste the link into their browser, so that the website owners won't find out who is linking to their site (I probably should do this too).

On a personal level, I pretty much find the artbooks, doujins and manga on this site worth downloading the digital copies even when I have the physical books since it's sometimes more convenient (I'm kind of glad yahoo is starting to sell digital manga, but I'm going to wait until they knock off the DRM crap before I plunk any money into it). Regardless of whether I paid for the originals, it's still technically an infringement of one's intellectual property. On the other hand, H-games aren't quite the same since both the CD/DVD or a CD Image lead to nearly the exact same experience, though I prefer using CD images so I don't wear out my DVD/CD drive (Which is why I also prefer games sold at download shops without DRM).

The game seems to be about 1.9 GB and the CG about 500 MB, but I have no interest in this (good luck).
