And more so, your argument is a complete fallacy. More specifically, a false-delema fallacy. You presume that there is no middle ground between people being quote "selfish" unquote and posting a fucking picture. Maybe, just maybe, some people don't want to waist their time if the content is not for their tastes (folks have other things to do in their life, you know). Maybe some people don't want to trudge around some obscure website in a language they don't fucking speak. Maybe no one gives a damn about weather you think they're "lazy" or not (though your use of the word lazy here is misplaced, since the onus would be on the person saying "Hey check this out!" to show what he's talking about not the guy he's asking to take a look...but what do you care about facts and shit, amirite?) so your argument is complete BS, wrong and a logical fallacy.

That's three points of FAIL.

Grade: D-
I'm very disappointed, i want to talk to your parents after school mister.
You're going off on an insulting tangent and you're calling them immature? I love moments like these! =D

Anyways, I agree with Joeman, and I've had that type of mindset for the longest ever since I've seen people say "Can you make this video this format?" or "Can you make this picture another file type?" Basically, people like this either tried once and gave up or didn't try at all to tinker with things that could work to their benefit or taken what was there. Laziness.

Re: Growth Spurt

I endorse polite asking. Taking LinkG07's example, that is a polite way to ask. I would not know the how to even begin to change a video format (I guess one could check online) so then might be a good time to ask if it is out of your control.

Now it is time to learn about specific logical fallacies! Today it will be the "Straw-man fallacy." A straw-man fallacy is when you take a person's statement, tweak it or reward it slightly to make it sound crude or ridiculous(a "straw-man"), and then tear the new, weaker argument to pieces. It is extremely effective and often used in political speeches, debates, and the like.
I have seen a bunch of straw-men flying around this topic and wish for it to stop. Both sides. It is just silly. In fact, just stop the whole argument please.

I uploaded the sample pictures,(it should be ok because it was free on the site given, right?) so there is no more need to keep up this arguing. Just stop.
