I wouldn't count on it.
Woolverton is known more for comic tragedies, like The Lion King or Beauty and the Beast.

Expect lots of over-the-top acting with minimal adult content.

If they were going to go so far away from the original, and cast Mia Wasikowska as Alice, none of that nudity was unnecessary :P

If K-Lite doesn't have it (Option 7 or 8, with or without Media Player Classic, respectively), and VLC doesn't open it, renaming it from .mpg to .mp4 probably won't work, but - as a last-ditch effort - it's worth a shot.
